To whom it may concern,
This is to confirm that Focus Homes contracts with Willcox Building Removals Ltd (Arthur Willcox) to relocate our show homes from Kopu to various sites around the Coromandel Peninsula and Waikato area. This generally involves the inspection of the site to confirm access, loading of the show home in the yard, relocation to site and sitting of show home on site including new timber foundations and all pile connections all as per our plans and specifications. On occasion they are also contracted to remove an existing dwelling from site to make room for a new dwelling.

Willcox Building removals have been contracted by Coastwood Homes Ltd for close on 30 years to relocate buildings for us.
The buildings include show homes, relocated from our yard in Thames and also homes sold privately by our client’s, and relocated by Willcox Building Removals.
I have personally been associated with Willcox Building Removals with seven years now. During this time both Steven and Arthur have maintained a consistently high standard of work and have never given us any cause for concern. Moving homes is a tricky business and it is always a relief to have such professionals working hands on.
As part of the scope of the works Arthur and Steven undertake, they re-sit the homes on piles or other appropriate foundations. Obviously this work is signed off by the local territorial authority and Arthur and Steven have consistently complied with all local requirements.
Roger, the contracts manager employed by Coastwood Homes for over 15 years is also generally on site during the re-piling process and has always found the work Arthur and Steven perform to be of good building practice, and he also has no hesitation in using them.
